| Spyglass Technologies is family owned and operated. The idea for DETECTIT TM started with Daniel Giordano a master plumber who runs his own company Rocky Point Mechanical. At a family dinner one evening Daniel approached his older brother Joseph with the idea of creating a wasteline backup alarm. Joseph, himself a master plumber now working in law enforcement, agreed such a device was needed. Both brothers had been on many plumbing jobs where waste line backups had caused massive damage. A device that could signal a backup BEFORE waste could overflow would be invaluable. The two brothers along with their father Joseph Sr. put their heads and experience together to develop DETECTIT TM. |
